has practiced in the state of Kansas for over 30 years. Terry graduated from Washburn
University with a degree in
business. Since his
graduation from Creighton
University School of Law in
Omaha, Nebraska, Terry has
practiced in the areas of
personal injury, family law,
real estate, business,
probate, and municipal law. He has emphasized personal injury cases involving motorcycle accidents representing more than 100 drivers and passengers with injuries ranging from friction burns to death cases. Terry handles business formations and matter relating to the day to day operations of a business. Terry represents individuals in the area of family law including divorces. His real estate practice includes commercial, residential leasing and sales and landlord tenant disputes.
Terry has been actively involved in serving the citizens of Butler County including his hometown of Andover. He also serves the Wichita Metro area. Terry served as a director of the Andover Public Library Board for ten years and served as chairman for five years. He was a founding member of the Andover Advantage Foundation Board of Directors and served for five years. He was co-chair of the USD 385 bond campaign in 1998 USD 385 bond campaign in 2005. He has also served as a Butler County 4-H project leader and a recreation basketball and baseball coach. Terry volunteers as a Project Business leader in a middle school classroom and served on the Andover Parent Legislative Council. He is presently serving on the board of SCARF. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Wichita Bar Association and the Butler County Bar Association.
